Welcome to Phperl 2.3 Help.

This document desperately needs updating but I don't have the time right now.
If anyone feels like helping out with any documentation on Phperl2 please e-mail it to me.
I promise Ill put it up if the info (maybe with a few changes if needed) is correct & someone else has not already written a better piece.
Please also mention if you would like to be contacted about making changes/improving your document or your submission is final.
